If you purchased your subscription via our web application, please visit your Subscription page.
If you made your purchase via the Apple App or Google Play store, please you use the store’s app to manage your subscription.
On cancelling a subscription, your account will continue your premium membership until the end of the current payment period before changing to the free level of service. Furthermore, you can switch back and forth between paid and free membership as and when you choose.
Please note our cancellation policy does not permit refunds for forgotten cancellations. We encourage you to manage your subscriptions proactively and cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid charges.
