A planned workout is less than the minimum duration I have asked for. Why?

Category: FAQs

Due to the complexity of how plans are constructed it is possible that workouts containing speed steps can be slightly shorter than the minimum duration stipulated.

The core AI does not process workouts and their steps in terms of minutes. This necessitates a conversion process which can result is discrepancies.

The issue is more common with speed sessions and fast assessments, and a design (within the core AI) to address this has been identified. It is included on the roadmap as part of a future training algorithm update.
