We are sorry to learn that you are considering deleting your account. Before you do, we’d love to chat with you to understand why and see if there’s anything we can do to help. Please feel free to contact us using the in-app ‘ask a question’ feature or via support@https://trainasone.com.com.
To delete your account:
- From the web application go to your Profile page and use the ‘Delete my account’ button.
OR
- From within the TrainAsONE mobile application the delete account functionality can be accessed via the User Profile page. You will get to this by clicking your name at the top of the main drawer menu.
Please note that once your account is deleted, all of your personal data other than that required to track compliance with the deletion request will be removed from our servers. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to chat with us.
