How do I get TrainAsONE to increase my distances more rapidly?

Category: FAQs

TrainAsONE increases your training volume (distances and mix of workouts) in the most appropriate manner for you and your goal, ensuring the the most efficient promotion of performance improvement while keeping your risk of injury very low.

In general, this will result in your acute to chronic loading ratio being maintained within the industry accepted recommended range. Consequently wishing to do more would not really be appropriate.

The only configuration option we have to attempt to force TrainAsONE to schedule a greater increase is the Risk Tolerance setting (found under your Training Settings). Increasing this value indicates to the system that you are prepared to accept a high level of injury risk. This may result in increasing your distances more rapidly, but may also just result in a change of workout mix and/or paces. With all such changes resulting in diminishing potential gains.
