Just in time for the end of the year, we have an app update with a number of great features and echancements to round off 2021 in an exciting way. Here’s a quick run-down of some the major things we’ve released to make your training experience even more rewarding. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
TrainAsONE Fit Scores are a unique set of metrics to measure your daily running fitness.
A recurring feature request has been to understand how your training is progressing. Consequently, we are really excited to introduce you to the TrainAsONE Fit Scores: Speed, Endurance, and Goal.
Each measures your fitness on a daily basis, rating it from 0 to 100 – with 100 being world record performing. And what’s more, they are even calculated when you do not run. So you can watch your fitness change during those periods when you’re not quite in the training mood…
So what are you waiting for? Make sure you have the latest version of the app and check out how fit you are!
(And there is also an easy Share Your Fit Scores feature in the app to let your friends know just how amazing you are.)
You asked for in-app charts, and who are we to deny your wishes (especially at this time of year!). We particularly like the Race and Parkrun indicators on the Weekly Duration chart – we hope you do too. Look out for more charts in future releases.
Variety is the spice of life! So we’ve now introduced Tabata workouts. Whilst they consist of only eight 20 second bursts of fast running, we think the 10 second rest in between makes these workout quite challenging. We hope you enjoy them.
