TrainAsONE is now integrated with Tapiriik. If you are unaware of Tapiriik, then we suggest that you check it out as it is a great way to keep all your activity data across a number of services (including TrainAsONE) synchronised.
Configuring your TrainAsONE account to use Tapiriik can either be initiated from the Tapiriik site or from the ADD ACTIVITIES button on your Activities page within TrainAsONE. |
Multiple Goals | |

We’ve introduced support for multiple goals (races).
Your plan is always centred on your next primary goal (think ‘A’ race), but will take any other secondary (think ‘B’ races) and casual goals along the way… Neat. You can manage your goals from your Goal page. |
Garmin Workouts | |
If you have a Garmin watch which supports “Advanced workouts” you can download your next workout from your TrainAsONE Dashboard.
If your Garmin appears as a storage device when connected to a computer, you can download the FIT workout and copy directly to the ‘NewFiles’ or ‘Workouts’ folder. For older devices such as the Forerunner 205, 305, 405, 301, 410, 610 and 910 your will need to download the TCX workout and copy using the “Garmin Training Center” software. To download the FIT or TCX, select Download as Garmin Workout from the SEND MY NEXT RUN button on your Dashboard and then either DOWNLOAD FIT or DOWNLOAD TCX from the subsequent dialogue. Click here for more detailed information and instructions, particularly with respect to the “Garmin Training Center”. Once on your Garmin, you can perform the workout with the watch guiding you as to the steps you need to perform. The provided workouts include appropriate pacing bands (and if you run with a heart rate monitor, heart rate bands) so you should only get ‘bleeped’ appropriately if running too fast or slow. |

So that’s a run-down of the big new features we’ve recently introduced. There have been many more besides (such as the ability to record your ‘weight in pounds’ or display ‘speed instead of pace’). Why not login and have a play around and try them out for yourself. Have fun.
